IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team, ensuring system availability and performance
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure utilizing Microsoft and AWS application stacks
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support, including 3 years managing a team
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft application stack, including Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Experience with network architecture and design, including firewalls, VPNs, and routing
