Job Summary

Leading end-to-end delivery of infrastructure operations, the full-time salaried IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee reliable and secure services for server, storage, messaging, and remote access in hybrid environments while managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service delivery for IT infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment with contract objectives and service levels
• Manage incident response activities and oversee root cause analysis to improve service stability
• Coordinate multi-discipline technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational dependencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
• PMP Certification or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure operations
• Experience managing multi-discipline technical teams in enterprise IT environments
