IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote IT Infrastructure Manager will lead a team to design, build, and deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions across a hybrid environment, focusing on modernization, automation, and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps to support business growth and technology modernization
• Define engineering standards and maintain documentation for infrastructure solutions
• Oversee project delivery from design to operational handoff, ensuring solutions are secure and supportable

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related technology roles
• 3+ years of experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms
