IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support secure and stable operations of enterprise systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise systems and newly deployed technologies
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, change management logs, and network diagrams
• Support the GPO Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and participate in COOP tests

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• 4 years of experience in enterprise system administration or infrastructure operations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Technical knowledge of Windows Server, Red Hat/Oracle Linux, and patching tools
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or ITIL Foundation
