IT Infrastructure Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing technical program leadership on a contract basis, the IT Infrastructure Program Manager (IAM/Cybersecurity) will oversee a portfolio of identity and access management projects, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight for concurrent IAM and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise timelines and budgets
• Drive planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and executive-level status reporting across active workstreams
• Support major IAM modernization initiatives, including migrations and Active Directory remediation efforts

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects or programs
• Strong IT infrastructure project/program management background with experience overseeing third-party vendors
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Strong executive communication skills for effective interaction with senior IT leadership
• PMP certification and healthcare industry experience are preferred but not required
