IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems and Support Engineer - IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint lifecycle using Jamf and Microsoft Intune, including enrollment and compliance reporting
• Design, deploy, and maintain AWS and Azure cloud environments, and lead automation initiatives
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues across endpoints, applications, and infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience supporting and managing Windows and macOS environments
• 3 years of experience managing endpoints with Jamf or Microsoft Intune
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Level 2 and Level 3 support experience for corporate applications and collaboration platforms
