IT Installation Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote IT Installation Specialist, the successful candidate will manage software installations and upgrades for Radiation Oncology clinics, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective implementation of Radformation's solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clinics to identify and resolve technical issues, coordinating with the Engineering team as necessary
• Install and upgrade Radformation software at customer sites, supporting Sales and Success teams
• Act as the technical expert during implementations and upgrades, liaising with hospital IT departments

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience
• Experience with Radiation Oncology Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM modalities
• Strong background in supporting clinical applications and their infrastructure
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
