Job Summary

An organization is seeking an IT Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply various design and learning strategies, emphasizing virtual, self-paced, and instructor-led learning
• Create innovative learning materials using technology tools and lead design efforts
• Manage projects, conduct learning needs analysis, and build relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and developing technical/software training
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and 360, project management, and building engaging curriculums
• Experience in learning needs analysis and mastery in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with stakeholders and subject matter experts
