IT Integration Manager

Job Summary

Leading the interoperability function, the full-time IT Integration Manager will ensure reliable order intake, modality integration, report delivery, and billing data exchange across various systems while collaborating with stakeholders and managing a team of developers and product managers remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Shape interface strategy by aligning customer insights, business needs, and technology innovation
• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for team members while fostering a collaborative culture
• Oversee interface maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to service level agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analysis, or a related field
• Seven years of experience with Agile development methodologies or consumer-facing application development
• Five years of hands-on experience with interoperability data integration tools, preferably Mirth Connect
• Three years of experience managing direct reports in engineering management
• Experience working with clinical, administrative, and healthcare data
