IT Integration Product Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time IT Integration Product Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating business integration and product plans, managing product roadmaps, and overseeing interface maintenance while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external healthcare customers to align business and technical objectives
• Manage the product roadmap and synthesize business requirements into actionable plans to meet market and financial goals
• Monitor the IT Service Management system to address incidents and provide documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting steps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five years of hands-on experience with interoperability tools, preferably Mirth (Mirth Connect)
• Five years of experience defining requirements and designing data-focused applications
• Five years of experience with Agile/iterative development methodologies
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops or a similar work item tracking system
