IT Lead

Job Summary

Owning all vendor procurement, contracts, and IT strategy, the full-time IT Lead will manage employee technology experiences, including onboarding and offboarding processes, while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee employee SSO provisioning for new-hire onboarding and offboarding
• Drive efficiency in SOC2 audit requests and manage system audits to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage device and endpoint tooling

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of IT experience at a high-growth startup, preferably as the primary IT owner
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, MDM platforms, identity providers, and SaaS lifecycle tooling
• Direct involvement in SOC2 audit cycles, managing evidence and control areas
• Proven track record in negotiating SaaS contracts and managing vendor spend
• Familiarity with managing a mixed Mac/Windows environment and a bias toward automation
