Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Learning systems, the full-time IT Lead Analyst HCM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday Talent and Learning Management systems
  • Design solutions using Workday Studio and other reporting tools, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Monitor application performance, provide technical support, and propose enhancements to optimize user experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Workday HCM design and configurations, including performance and learning management
  • 3 years of experience with HR processes and best practices in HRIS integrations and reporting
  • 2 years of project management experience, including task prioritization and deadline management
  • Experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
