IT Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely within the U.S., the full-time IT Lead Business Analyst will manage the development and documentation of business and cross-system functional requirements, evaluate business requests, and serve as the primary interface between IT partners and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates meetings to define key capabilities and requirements for business strategy
• Leads the evaluation of business requests, researches options, and recommends solutions that best serve business needs
• Participates in cross-functional acceptance testing and communicates potential problems with new or enhanced applications

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in an IT environment
• 3+ years of experience with Postman and/or SoapUI
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects and task automation
• Advanced knowledge and experience with APIs
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for documentation and project management
