IT Leader, ConceptOne Platform

Job Summary

Seeking an accomplished IT Leader for the ConceptOne Platform, the role is a full-time remote opportunity focused on managing third-party vendors, leading large systems implementations, and providing program updates to senior leadership while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage third-party suppliers and project implementation teams to meet contractual obligations and delivery milestones
• Lead end-to-end migration activities for the ConceptOne platform, including data mapping and legacy system decommissioning
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance documentation, and provide regular updates to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with ConceptOne
• 15+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience with database design and object-oriented concepts
• Demonstrable experience in Straight-Through Processing (STP) within the insurance sector
