Job Summary

Leading the company's internal technology strategy, the full-time remote IT Lead will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal systems while overseeing technology projects and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the internal technology strategy in alignment with business goals
• Oversee the execution of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Manage risks and issues, providing transparency and timely resolution processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development and IT infrastructure
• 2+ years in technology leadership roles with a proven track record in strategy development
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale data environments and cybersecurity strategies
