Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT M&A Cybersecurity Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cybersecurity due diligence on growth opportunities and identify potential risks and IT impacts
Assess strategic capabilities and develop IT integration plans with a focus on cybersecurity
Lead cybersecurity remediation process within acquisitions and develop integration plans

Required Qualifications:

CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Cybersecurity+, or similar certification
Minimum 8 years of experience, including 2+ years in M&A and 5-10 years in technology operations
Experience in IT due diligence and integration planning and execution
Expertise in project management and business analysis
Strong inclination for cybersecurity operations and strategy
