IT Managed Services Transition Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the overall success of Managed Services' Transition projects, the full-time IT Managed Services Transition Manager will act as the project leader and process expert, overseeing the onboarding of new customers into the Managed Services platform while collaborating with both Logicalis and customer IT resources in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for Managed Services clients through effective planning and execution
• Develop project design approaches and documentation while identifying project dependencies and risks
• Communicate directly with customers and stakeholders regarding project health, issues, and key decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies or Business Administration strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Services Transition project management or IT Service Management
• Broad understanding of Managed Security Services technologies and infrastructure concepts
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundations, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements in terms of ITSM and ITIL
