IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage a team of IT support specialists, setting goals and objectives, and providing mentorship
• Oversee IT hardware and software assets, manage IT service and support operations, and meet IT KPIs
• Manage relationships with key IT vendors, contribute to IT budgeting, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, or business management preferred
• Experience leading a team of 5+ staff members in IT support roles
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft technologies, security, and compliance
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving technology landscape
• Experience providing IT support in a contact center environment is preferred
