Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals in daily operations and technical projects
• Define IT strategy and resource allocation in alignment with company goals
• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for IT systems, manage technology operations, and ensure adherence to security best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing an IT team in a medium or large firm
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with MDM platforms and IT infrastructure management
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and managing IT systems and networks
