IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee IT operations in a remote-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and administer the ERP system while providing support to team members
• Manage IT infrastructure systems and conduct regular system reviews to ensure functionality
• Provide end-user technical support and respond to urgent IT issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• A four-year technical bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of hands-on technical support experience
• General technical knowledge including Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and networking
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience in administering systems for 50-200 users
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
