Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Manager to oversee the employee computing experience and implement scalable IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from IT onboarding to offboarding and application management
• Implement and operationalize a mobile device management solution, preferably Intune
• Automate device provisioning, configuration, and compliance processes using various tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate IT experience in a cloud-first, remote environment
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and modern device management
• Experience in building automated onboarding/offboarding workflows for large teams
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell
• Experience managing company-owned Windows laptops at scale
