Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Manager to oversee the employee computing experience and implement scalable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and application management
• Select and operationalize a mobile device management solution, focusing on automation for device provisioning and compliance
• Collaborate with the Security team on endpoint protection and manage hardware procurement and asset tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate IT experience in a cloud-first, remote-heavy environment
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and modern device management, particularly Intune and Autopilot
• Experience in building automated onboarding/offboarding workflows for 100+ employees
• Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly in PowerShell
• Experience managing company-owned Windows laptops at scale
