Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to lead a technology team focused on cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of software engineers and IT professionals to ensure high availability and security of enterprise systems
• Drive Azure cloud strategy, including architecture, deployment, and adoption of cloud-native services
• Oversee the lifecycle of Java-based enterprise applications and establish CI/CD pipelines for automated releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with Java/Spring-based applications, Angular technologies, and SQL databases
• Proven success in modernizing legacy systems in regulated environments
