Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to build and scale internal technology infrastructure while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage laptop provisioning, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle for 25+ team members
• Lead SOC 2 Type II compliance efforts and implement security policies and procedures
• Design scalable business IT systems to support company growth and develop IT budgets

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in tech startups or high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance and security frameworks
• Experience with Google Workspace, SSO solutions, and SaaS application management
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, identity management, and access controls
• Previous experience supporting technical teams in fast-paced environments
