Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to own and scale their internal IT function as they grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT operations, enhancing onboarding, offboarding, and device security processes
• Oversee relationships with IT vendors, ensuring performance management and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to maintain compliance and audit readiness for IT processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing IT operations in high-growth startup environments
• Proven track record of working with third-party IT vendors or MSPs
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based IT environments and tools
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgments regarding IT controls and speed
