Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to lead internal IT operations and ensure the stability and security of its technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the IT roadmap and strategy to align with company growth and security needs
• Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure and application projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including service management, system stability, and help desk support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience scaling IT operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Deep knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals in a corporate setting
