IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee and enhance IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of IT services, ensuring reliability and support
• Implement and maintain asset management and mobile device management systems
• Develop and oversee IT onboarding/offboarding workflows and user access reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations or systems administration experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Experience with ITSM platforms and MDM solutions
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and SaaS management
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments
