IT Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to build and shape the IT function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning
• Implement and operate the corporate IT environment, including endpoint management and SaaS administration
• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and ensure compliance with frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years in IT Operations or Technical Support roles at a high-growth startup
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or software company
• Solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and identity and access management
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple time zones
• Strong incident management skills and ability to communicate technical issues effectively
