Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Manager to build and manage its IT function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT operations including device management, SaaS administration, and security compliance
• Administer the Mobile Device Management platform and manage core business tools
• Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or remote-first environment
• Proven ability to build IT functions from scratch without a predefined playbook
• Hands-on experience with Notion administration and permissions management
• Familiarity with AI tools and their adoption in the workplace
• Experience managing a Mac-heavy, fully remote team and associated SaaS tools
