IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading the IT team in a full-time remote capacity, the IT Manager will oversee departmental strategies, manage team performance, and implement the organization's Information Technology vision and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manages IT team(s) by providing leadership and guidance to individual contributors and supervisors
• Oversees the tactical implementation of departmental strategies to achieve alignment with IT goals
• Identifies and resolves technical and operational problems while assessing departmental priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
• Experience in managing teams and departmental strategies
• Understanding of business integration and departmental objectives
• Ability to assess and address resource and operational challenges
