Job Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Manager, the full-time position will lead IT support operations in a remote-first environment, ensuring contributors receive high-quality technical support while improving processes and managing IT assets and vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead IT support operations, ensuring timely and consistent support across various technical issues
  • Oversee support team workflows, documentation, and escalation processes to enhance service delivery
  • Identify and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues to improve reliability and reduce support burden
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT management, preferably in a remote-first organization
  • Experience managing or coordinating a support team or internal IT function
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, end-user devices, and SaaS platforms
  • Technical proficiency in networking fundamentals and IT administration tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
