IT Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of IT Engineers, the full-time remote IT Manager will oversee daily IT operations, manage service delivery, and execute strategic initiatives while ensuring the reliability and scalability of enterprise IT systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT Engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Act as the final escalation point for complex IT Engineering and Helpdesk issues
• Own the delivery of IT Engineering projects, focusing on planning, prioritization, and resource allocation

Required qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or platform ownership roles
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
• Strong background in identity and access management, endpoint management, and SaaS application administration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred) and ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk
• Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
