Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in fast-paced environments
• 3+ years of experience leading IT engineers in remote settings
• 5+ years of experience deploying and managing enterprise technology tools
• Experience leading agile ceremonies and managing performance with direct reports
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred
