IT Manager

Job Summary

Managing company-wide IT operations in a fully remote environment, the full-time IT Manager will lead infrastructure management, support internal users, and develop strategic IT policies while ensuring system reliability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations, focusing on customer service and user support
• Develop and implement IT policies, operational processes, and technology initiatives
• Communicate IT priorities, risks, and updates to leadership and represent IT in company-wide meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least eight years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated progression from technical IT roles into leadership or management positions
• Experience in managing IT operations, help-desk support, and infrastructure administration
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and IT operational practices
• Proven ability to evaluate technology risks and communicate mitigation strategies to leadership
