Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams delivering technology projects of varying complexity
• Oversee the design and integration of ERP systems with internal and external applications
• Ensure adherence to operational standards and manage change effectively during deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7 to 10 years of relevant IT and business work experience
• Experience in leading teams and managing project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver IT projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integration processes
