IT Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a driven and organized IT Manager to own the IT environment in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for managing systems, devices, identity, and security to support a fast-scaling healthcare company.

Key responsibilities

• Own IT systems and support, providing employee IT assistance and resolving hardware, software, and access issues
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely provisioning and reclamation of accounts and devices
• Oversee the device fleet lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, deployment, repair, and retirement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or IT support with broad ownership across systems, devices, and security
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Rippling, Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar)
• Strong administration skills in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
• Foundational knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting) and IT security fundamentals (MFA, SSO, endpoint security)
• Experience managing device lifecycle and procurement processes
