IT Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time IT Manager will provide leadership and direction to a cross-functional IT team, oversee the company's infrastructure, and manage the software development lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the IT team, overseeing recruitment and talent development
• Maintain responsibility for infrastructure management and collaborate with the Senior Systems Administrator
• Manage project intake and resource allocation across infrastructure and development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Five or more years of progressive IT experience in a managerial role
• Strong background in systems administration and infrastructure
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and SDLC best practices
• Experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans
