IT Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time IT Manager will build and lead the internal technology function, ensuring efficient and secure systems while collaborating with leadership and external partners, based in Lakewood, CO.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives
- Serve as the primary internal technology advisor, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management
- Lead the delivery of high-quality technology support to employees, improving onboarding and support processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology environments
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technology initiatives and support teams
- Experience overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based platforms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise collaboration technologies
