Job Summary
To support a growing technology department, the fully remote Manager of IT will oversee IT team operations, manage support specialists, and enhance systems health through automation and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the IT Team operating rhythm, including sprint planning and SLA tracking
- Directly supervise and develop the IT support team, ensuring performance oversight and professional growth
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point, guiding the team through complex troubleshooting and IT operational standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations and systems administration, with people-management experience
- Deep technical mastery of enterprise identity administration, including RBAC design and provisioning workflow automation
- Strong experience managing macOS fleets using MDM and cloud collaboration platforms
- Proven ability to build operational reporting dashboards and actionable metrics for leadership
- Experience in regulated healthcare environments, including HIPAA compliance
