IT Manager
Job Summary
To own and scale internal IT operations for a fully remote workforce, the full-time IT Manager will manage IT infrastructure, lead a technical support team, and ensure security and compliance across systems while automating workflows to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and administer the Google Workspace environment and internal IT infrastructure, ensuring system integrity and availability
- Lead a team of Technical Support Engineers to provide high-quality technical support and improve employee experience
- Implement and manage internal IT security practices and compliance with standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, operations, or systems administration
- Experience managing a technical support team and strong hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace
- Familiarity with MDM, SSO, IAM, and identity/access management
- Understanding of IT security best practices and experience with compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to automate IT workflows and manage technology budgets in a remote-first environment
