Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager - Portal & Automation Services (Claims).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application programming and development functions, including system maintenance and upgrades
• Oversee quality assurance processes and provide customer support to end users
• Coordinate project management activities and supervise a business unit to ensure operational goals are met

Required Qualifications

• Four to six years of related experience and/or training, or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Hands-on expertise with Guidewire ClaimsCenter and cloud-based environments
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship
