IT Manager, Digital Health Applications

Job Summary

Leading the planning and delivery of digital health applications, the full-time IT Manager, Digital Population Health Applications Transformation will oversee enhancements and optimization efforts for Epic DPH Applications, driving improvements in patient engagement and population health outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for teams, setting priorities and managing daily execution
• Supervise staff performance, assign work, and support professional development
• Manage operational issues and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire
• Active Epic certification in at least one application (MyChart, Healthy Planet, Cheers, HIM)
• A minimum of five years of combined IT/Healthcare experience, including two years in IT Infrastructure management
