IT Manager - Engineering Tools

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager - Engineering Tools Business Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application support specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Act as a primary liaison between Engineering and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and manage expectations
• Provide technical guidance to the Business Analyst team and oversee application administration, including license management and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT, or related role, with at least 2 years in a management position
• Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Tools and Applications
• Experience managing service ticket operations and COTS application licenses
• Project Management Professional certification is preferred
