IT Manager - Engineering Tools

Job Summary

Leading a team of business analysts in a fully remote environment, the IT Manager - Engineering Tools will manage operations, ensure effective collaboration, and drive the modernization of team processes while delivering high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application owners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Act as a primary liaison between various stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating effective communication
• Provide technical guidance to ensure solutions meet requirements while driving operational excellence in application administration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field with 6+ years of experience in a relevant role, including 2 years in management
• Knowledge of Engineering Tools and Applications
• Experience managing service ticket operations and ensuring timely resolution of incidents
• Proven experience managing COTS Application Licenses
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions while managing multiple projects simultaneously
