IT Manager - Federal Security Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Manager to oversee and manage a team of System & Site Reliability Engineers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team supporting the performance, security, and operation of hosted technology platforms
• Lead strategy to achieve operational targets and establish performance metrics
• Engage in Incident, Problem, and Change Management while promoting process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Information Technology Service Management, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Proven leadership experience in IT, particularly in Cloud SaaS, Linux, and Networking
• Application and Infrastructure Monitoring experience
• U.S. citizenship required for Federal Security Clearance
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus
