IT Manager - Log Management

Job Summary

Leading a skilled team of IT Engineers, the full-time IT Manager - Log Management will focus on supporting multiple application and infrastructure teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective logging processes in a remote work environment with occasional onsite meetings in St. Louis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team focused on logging products for development, production support, and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand logging requirements and align priorities with business objectives
• Manage project timelines and operational support roadmaps while facilitating key team activities

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant IT experience
• Experience managing an application development or infrastructure team through high-priority initiatives
• Proven experience in strategic planning, incident/risk management, and resource allocation
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
