Job Summary

Leading a team of network engineers, the full-time IT Manager - Network Operations will oversee day-to-day network operations, ensuring the stability and security of network infrastructure in a hybrid work environment based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of network engineers, ensuring effective resource utilization and performance management
• Oversee network operations across multiple locations, managing enterprise networking technologies and ensuring reliable connectivity
• Lead network-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and modernization efforts

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in network operations or related IT roles
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and broadband technologies
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a complex networking environment
• Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, and remote access technologies
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or the surrounding area and be able to work 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM CST
