IT Manager - Network Operations

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations for the Network Operations team, the full-time IT Manager - Network Operations will manage a team of network engineers, oversee network infrastructure across multiple data centers, and ensure high standards of service delivery while working remotely within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of network engineers, providing leadership and ensuring effective team performance
• Supervise network operations across multiple data centers, managing various network technologies and connectivity
• Lead and coordinate larger network projects, ensuring timely and successful completion while collaborating with various teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in IT/network operations
• 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance reviews
• Experience with LAN/WAN, cloud, and broadband network technologies
• Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP/RMON, and RDP
• Ability to work a schedule from 4 pm CST to 1 am CST
