Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for container platforms
• Oversee design, build, and operations of OpenShift clusters ensuring high availability
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and contractors while fostering collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in applications development or systems engineering, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Strong experience with OpenShift and diverse technical leadership across platforms like Rancher and Kubernetes
• Cloud experience, particularly with AWS or Azure, is highly preferred
• Proven ability to lead large technical teams with strategy and HR responsibilities
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry is a plus
