IT Manager - RTP Payments

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote IT Manager - RTP Payments will manage a cross-functional team to ensure effective operational support, oversee project management, and provide technical leadership in the realm of Real-Time Payments and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and QA testers, including contractors and strategic vendor partners
• Provide direction and oversight to IT projects and products, driving project schedules and product releases while tracking performance
• Serve as a technical expert and strategic leader, ensuring compliance with configuration, change controls, and security standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis, or systems engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of technical leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the Banking/Payments industry with experience in modernization and transformative projects
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript frameworks, and RESTful web services
• Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise integration services/solutions
